Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection and purchases, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, performing optometry-related duties, managing inventory, and maintaining the shop’s presentation. You will also support optometrists by preparing examination rooms and assisting during eye exams as needed.
