Job summary

Specsavers in Heswall is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and assist from pre-screening to dispensing. You will join a team that supports your growth with extensive training and development across the business, backed by experienced Opticians and Technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience (from pre screening to dispensing).
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers as they walk through the store.
• Support colleagues including Opticians and Technicians on the journey from screening to dispensing.
