Job summary

Specsavers in Crewe is seeking a caring Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and assist with frame and lens choices while learning from our experienced Opticians.

This full-time role includes 40 hours per week with a weekend day, plus strong training, pension contributions, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace, eyecare discounts, and a birthday day off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with their optical needs.
• Support store team with day-to-day tasks.
• Learn and develop within multiple optical roles.
