Job summary

Arthur is seeking an Operations Specialist to support its Operations function in the London Market. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen operational controls, improve processes and shape best practice across the business.

The role involves owning policies, driving governance initiatives and embedding controls into new systems, with exposure to underwriting governance and specialty insurance environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Underwriting Governance or Underwriting Controls in the London Market.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Insurance and/or Reinsurance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Drive process improvement and operational governance initiatives
• Support quality assurance activities and remediation of control issues
• Help embed operational controls into new systems and business processes
• Support onboarding, process documentation and continuous improvement projects
