Qualifikationen

• 5+ years managing business applications in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting applications across underwriting, claims, finance, pricing or exposure management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service management and governance.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and software suppliers.
• Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms and integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
