Job summary

Millennium is seeking a detail‑driven Operations & Middle Office Analyst for a 12‑month fixed-term contract in Greater London. You will track headcount, manage the Broker Issue Tracker, and prepare MIS reports and stakeholder presentations.

You will partner with data and technology teams to analyze large datasets and support broader operational initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and proven ability to coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Track headcount changes across attrition and new hires, maintaining accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage the Broker Issue Tracker, ensuring issues are logged, updated, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports, weekly updates, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and priorities.
• Partner with Operations Data and Technology teams to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Support and manage ad hoc projects, including process flow improvements and broader operational initiatives.
• Oversee desk space allocation and travel budget tracking to support team planning and resource management.
• Manage user permissions, shared drives, and license usage to promote efficiency, access control, and compliance.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the team.
