• Lead, coach and develop operational teams across field services, maintenance and project delivery.
• Own operational planning and delivery across multiple workstreams and locations.
• Ensure activities are safe, high quality, on time and within budget.
• Establish accountability, monitor performance and address underperformance.
• Provide governance across projects including risk management and reporting.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and service performance.
