Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You will manage stock, handle deliveries and perform backstage tasks to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked and clean for customers.

The role requires flexibility to move across the store, strong teamwork, and confidence using digital tools to track stock and deliveries. An unsocial hours premium applies to late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle stock, deliveries and backstage work to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.
• Work across the wider store as needed to keep pace and demand.
• Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
• Support colleagues across the store and foster teamwork.
• Adapt to early morning deliveries or late stock movement to keep things moving.
