Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to help keep our store running smoothly. You’ll handle stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure shelves are full, clean and ready for customers.

This physically demanding, high‑tempo role requires flexibility across the wider store and the use of digital tools to track deliveries and stock levels. A £3 per hour premium applies for unsocial hours (22:00–06:00).

Qualifications

• Stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work to keep shop shelves full and ready for customers.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced retail environments and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
• Receive and process deliveries, check accuracy and store accordingly.
