Job summary

Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen is seeking an Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator to coordinate travel, visas, workforce planning and personnel tracking for offshore crews. You will be the primary point of contact for offshore personnel, providing updates on crew changes, mobilisations and travel requirements to ensure smooth deployment of personnel for global operations.

Key duties include real-time crew maintenance, payroll checks, travel coordination and issuing joining

Qualifications

• Experience of people logistics.
• Demonstrable experience in managing mobilizations of large project teams, preferably in Diving, Oil & Gas, shipping or Heavy construction.
• Positive & proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Package.

Responsibilities

• Real-time core crew maintenance in people system and pre-mobilisation checks.
• Payroll checks against Vessel POB & Daily Reports.
• Coordinate travel, logistics and visas for offshore personnel.
• Issue joining instructions to offshore workforce.
• Support offshore recruitment on behalf of offshore employer and interface with OCM, Project and Vessel Agent(s).
• Attend project meetings to ensure logistical planning for crew changes.
• Respond to offshore workforce queries per OPO SLA’s.
• Be familiar with travel, logistics and visa processes on Boskalis systems.
• Participate in OPO on-call rotation.

How you can make your mark

Make your mark as an Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. The Coordinator (OPO Resource) will coordinate travel logistics, visa applications, workforce planning, and personnel tracking, ensuring that compliant and suitably qualified personnel are deployed to meet operational requirements. As a primary point of contact for the offshore workforce, you will provide regular updates on crew changes, mobilisation schedules, and travel requirements, helping to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience while supporting the successful delivery of global operations.

Your responsibilities as an Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator:

• Real-time core crew maintenance in people system, workforce pre-mobilisation checks and maintenance of work movements in offshore people system.
• Perform daily payroll checks against Vessel POB & Daily Reports;
• Coordinate travel, logistics and visas for offshore people requests;
• Responsible for issuing joining instructions to offshore workforce;
• Support offshore recruitment on behalf of offshore employer as directed and interface with , OCM, Project and Vessel Agent(s);
• Attend project meetings as required to ensure logistical responsibilities and planning are met for all assigned vessel crew changes;
• Respond to all offshore workforce queries in line with OPO SLA’s;
• Be fully conversant with all travel, logistics & visa processes available on BMS;
• Participate in OPO on-call rotation;

Extra information

• Your team: you will join an existing team of experienced OPO Resource Coordinators and report directly to the OPO Planning & Logistics Manager.
• Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen.
• Full/part- time job: The position of OPO Resource Coordinator is full time, 35 hours per week.
