Change Grow Live in London is seeking an Opiate Recovery Coordinator to join the Opiate Recovery Team, supporting individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol use. You will assess, plan care, reduce harm, and provide ongoing support.

You will build relationships with partner agencies, maintain records, manage caseloads, and work flexibly in a compassionate, detail‑oriented role. Full-time role located in Tower Hamlets with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering interventions for service users affected by opiate use.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with good time management.
• Understanding of mental health interventions and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide unwavering support to service users from initial contact through recovery.
• Implement tailored interventions to reduce harm from opiate use.
• Ensure a comprehensive detoxification plan with pre-detox and post-care support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and community to refer to mutual aid groups.
• Advocate for involvement of family, service users, and community.
• Act as a voice for service users in accessing partnership services.
• Help service users social reintegration and promote recovery and self-determination.
