Job summary

RHL Recruitment is seeking an Operator to support safe, continuous aviation fuel operations on a site near Howden, North Yorkshire. The role is a long term PAYE contract based at the Rawcliffe pipeline/terminal site with 24/7 day/night shifts, 8-4 patterns, and a rate of £20 per hour PAYE.

You will handle pipeline receipts, tank transfers, road tanker receipt/loading, jetty operations where applicable, quality sampling, permit-to-work and safety checks, with strong emphasis on compliance and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in process/electrical/mechanical.
• GCSE Maths & English (A–C) or equivalent.
• Shift operations experience in a regulated environment (COMAH/PPC or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re recruiting an Operator to support safe, continuous aviation fuel operations. The role will be a long term PAYE contract, base on a site Near Howden Yorkshire

Duties include pipeline receipts, tank transfers, road tanker receipt / loading (and jetty operations where applicable), sampling/quality checks, accurate record keeping, permit-to-work, gas testing and isolation checks, plus supporting SHE audits and clear shift handovers.

Fuel storage depot pipeline maintanence and operations team, operator and maintenance of site and jetty and issuing permits to work for subbies. COMAH Site regulated, Petrochem background, ideally NVQ Lev 2 electrical mechanical.

Essential: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in process/electrical/mechanical, GCSE Maths & English (A–C) or equivalent, shift operations experience in a regulated environment (e.g., COMAH/PPC or equivalent), full UK driving licence, basic IT skills.

Role: Operator – Terminal & Pipeline Operations (Shift)

Location: Pipeline/terminal site in Rawcliffe, North Yorkshire

Shift: 24/7 Day / Night shifts rota – 8-4 days

Overtime:- Available.

Rate:- £20 per hour PAYE
