Quest Employment is partnering with a reputable chemical production company to find a skilled Counterbalance FLT Driver for an immediate start.

This role is ideal for a confident FLT operator seeking stable Monday to Friday daytime work in a fast-paced, safety-focused industrial setting.

You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by transporting materials and products safely across site, always adhering to strict Health & Safety standards.

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Loading and unloading incoming deliveries
• Transporting materials and products around the site
• Assisting warehouse and production colleagues as needed
• Storing goods correctly and securely
• Recording stock movements and completing required documentation
• Following all on-site Health & Safety guidelines
• Working carefully within a chemical manufacturing facility
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and well-organised

What We're Looking For

To be shortlisted for this position, you must have:

• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
• A current, accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
• Background in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar industrial role
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Dependable, punctual work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
