Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to join a range of production departments across the site. Full-time and part-time roles exist between Monday and Friday. The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour, with overtime paid at £21.00 per hour.

Hours are 3:15pm to 11:45pm. Applicants must have their own transport to travel to the site. You will work in a chilled pork production environment, performing tasks from loading to packing and quality checks, with full training provided and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Loading products into machinery and processing equipment.
• Placing products onto racks and production lines.
• Moving products through various production stages.
• Packing and sealing products ready for dispatch.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met.
• Supporting production schedules and departmental targets.
• Operating equipment safely and following site procedures.
• Completing basic production records and paperwork.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities across the department.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are achieved.

Your Time at Work

As an Operative, you will play an important role in helping to produce high-quality pork products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
