Job summary

VolkerWessels UK Ltd. in Wokingham is seeking an Operative to join the Traffic Management team, working from the Wokingham depot.

You will install, maintain and remove traffic management per Chapter 8 and scheme drawings, following supervisors and upholding safety and quality.

Applicants should have traffic management operations experience, highways maintenance experience, CSCS card, NHSS 12D M1-M6, and a full UK driving licence; LNHSS 12A/B and First Aid at Work are desirable.

About the role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Operative to join our Traffic Management business, working out of our Wokingham depot.

The successful candidate will work to instruction from supervisors, ensuring all traffic management is installed, maintained and removed in accordance with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings, whilst demonstrating by example a Safety and Quality approach that is without compromise.

About you

• Previous experience in traffic management operations
• Previous experience in highways maintenance
• Holder of valid CSCS card
• Holder of NHSS 12D M1-M6 qualifications (essential)
• Holder of LNHSS 12A/B (desirable)
• Holder of full valid UK driving license
• Holder of valid First Aid at Work qualification (desirable)
