Purpose of the Role:

To participate in building and presenting the garage environment, support equipment, and individual car parts, both at and away from the McLaren Technology Centre. The role may involve unsociable hours, short-notice shifts during high workload periods, extensive travel, and time away from home. Flexibility and security duties are also required.

Role Dimensions:

Reporting to Freight Operations Team Leaders and Managers. Involves work with the Race Team, event support, and security. Hours vary as required, with travel expected.

Principal Accountabilities:

The role is varied and includes practical, hands-on duties requiring mechanical, electrical, or IT aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, clear communication, and experience with motorsport garage infrastructure or similar industries are essential. The ability to absorb information, follow instructions, and fulfill security responsibilities while protecting company IP and ensuring freight documentation standards are critical.
