Purpose of the Role:

Participate in building and presenting the garage environment, support equipment, and individual car parts at and away from the McLaren Technology Centre. The role may involve unsociable hours, short notice during high load periods, extensive travel, and security duties. Flexibility is essential.

Role Dimensions:

• Reporting to Freight Operations Team Leaders and Managers.
• Supporting Race Team, event operations, and security.
• Working hours vary; travel required.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Perform practical, hands-on duties requiring mechanical, electrical, or IT aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain high attention to detail and communicate effectively.
• Possess experience or demonstrate knowledge of motorsport garage infrastructure or relevant skills from other industries.
• Absorb information quickly and follow instructions accurately.
• Fulfill security duties and protect company IP.
• Ensure freight documentation meets standards.
