Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Water Hygiene Operative to join their expanding Water Management team across Reading, Westbury, Taunton and Stafford with travel between sites.

You will support planned maintenance, monitor water temperatures, collect samples, perform TMV inspections, and keep accurate site records. This temp-to-perm role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a 7:30–16:30 day, and a van with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently and manage workload.
• Competent using mobile devices and electronic reporting systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Provide relevant work references upon request.

Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring of hot and cold-water systems.
• Water sampling in accordance with current guidance.
• Routine flushing of little-used outlets.
• TMV inspection, servicing and testing.
• Shower head and hose cleaning and disinfection.
• Cold water storage tank inspections.
• Completing site records and reports accurately.
• Reporting defects and non-conformances.
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Water Hygiene Operative to join their expanding Water Management team, supporting a range of commercial and rail industry sites across Reading, Stafford, Westbury and Taunton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing department delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and water hygiene services. Key Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday (07:30 to 16:30)
