Job summary

Sharpsmart UK, part of Daniels Health, is recruiting a Plant Operative to support our safety-focused medical waste management operations. You will operate bespoke machinery, load the Washsmart system, handle and quality check containers, and work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.

Weare currently recruiting for a Plant Operative position; this role is critical to the success of the company with widely varying role.

Available shift patterns:

• Monday to Friday - Days
• Tuesday to Saturday - Days

What will your role involve?

• Using our bespoke specially made machinery, to:
• Load the Washsmart system (sanitization system)
• Handling, Cleaning, and Quality checking or specialist containers
• Lifting, pulling and pushing transporters
• Attention to deal for spot checking
• General housekeeping
• Stand for extended periods of time happily and comfortably
• Work well with a team because we are all about team work!

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/warehouse environment with experience of working in a fast paced position. Team work is a huge part of this role and you must be able to communicate well across the plant, and be able to support as needed.
