Sharpsmart, part of Daniels Health, is recruiting a Plant Operative to support medical waste management operations. You will load the Washsmart system, inspect containers, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role is full-time with steady hours and requires teamwork. The position offers a permanent contract, a 45-hour week, and a competitive salary of £29,741.40 per annum, with private healthcare and employee benefits.

Weare currently recruiting for a Plant Operative position; this role is critical to the success of the companywithwidely varying role.

Available shift patterns:

Monday to Friday - Days

Tuesday to Saturday - Days

What will your role involve?

• Using our bespoke specially made machinery, to:
• Load the Washsmart system (sanitization system)
• Handling, Cleaning, and Quality checking or specialist containers
• Lifting, pulling and pushing transporters
• Attention to deal for spot checking
• General housekeeping
• Stand for extended periods of time happily and comfortably
• Work well with a team because we are all about team work!

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/warehouse environment with experience of working in a fast pacedposition. Team work is a huge part of this role and you must be able tocommunicate well across the plant, and be able to support as needed.
