We are looking for experienced De-vegetation Operatives, Arborists and Climbers to join our Polegate teams.

You will be involved in delivering a range of works including vegetation clearance, tree surgery and infrastructure support across highways, utilities and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out tree surgery, vegetation clearance and ground-based works
• Support safe working practices in line with site requirements
• Operate tools and machinery including chainsaws, chippers and strimmers
• Assist with climbing and aerial operations where qualified
• Experience in arboriculture or de-vegetation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Full UK driving licence

Required Qualifications
