Responsibilities

• Support programme management and performance monitoring arrangements, ensuring actions, risks, milestones and deliverables are coordinated and reported.
• Oversee administrative functions across the East Area, supporting Administrative Managers and teams to deliver high-quality, consistent business support services.
• Promote standardisation, continuous improvement and best practice, ensuring resources are utilised effectively to support frontline services.
• Collaborate with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities teams and services, engaging with stakeholders across the Division and Health Board.
