Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking an Operations Training Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract to lead site-wide capability-building across operations. You will design training gaps, ensure compliance, and manage a robust SOP library with clear sign-off processes.

• Experience delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to design and implement training frameworks and SOPs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven, with ability to track KPIs and measure impact.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create site-wide training gap analysis and development plans.
• Ensure mandatory training compliance and effective refresher tracking.
• Develop and maintain SOP library with document control and approvals.
• Roll out new systems and processes with management support.
• Own site induction program and ensure new starters are trained from day one.
• Create development and progression pathways for staff growth.
• Coordinate with external training providers and manage budget.
• Ensure training activities meet quality, compliance and audit standards.
• Develop and report KPIs to measure training effectiveness and engagement.
• Maintain accurate training records across the site.
