Position Overview:

This role involves supporting the operation of the POP/DEN production facility, manufacturing products to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include plant operation, documentation, coaching team members, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; report and investigate incidents.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Write and execute Permits to Work; attend safety meetings.
• Operate manufacturing plant, identify deviations, and optimize performance.
• Perform repairs, fault finding, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Sample and test raw materials and products per cGMP standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Assist with raw material receipt, storage, and final product dispatch, liaising with Quality.
• Participate in performance management and training initiatives.
• Engage in process improvement, problem solving, and equipment optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical discipline.

Preferred Skills:

• FLT certification.
