The PM3 Mechanical Technician will support site operational activities, collaborate with the engineering team, and provide hands-on technical support. Responsibilities include performing planned preventative maintenance, machine shutdowns, scheduling, problem-solving, and improving asset reliability.

About You

You are a high performer who values a caring performance culture, sustainability, inclusion, and career development. You should have:

  • Knowledge of safe working practices on complex mechanical systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs including Mathematics and English
  • Working towards or holding an HNC/HND in Engineering
  • Recognized apprenticeship, ideally NVQ Level 3, with hands-on manufacturing experience
