Job summary

Marshalls plc in Ranskill, Retford, is recruiting an Operations Team Member to operate on a production line across two shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), Monday to Friday. The role offers a starting salary of £30,015 plus benefits, in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will join a close-knit team of operators, team leaders and engineers, helping keep production safe, efficient and of high quality while contributing to continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment on a production line.
• A forward-thinking mindset focused on improving processes.
• FLT counter balance license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line.

As part of our growing Bricks & Masonry team in Ranskill, you'll help manufacture high-quality brick and stone walling products while working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, hands-on environment. With five production teams, strong teamwork and exciting growth plans, this is an opportunity to join a site where your contribution matters and your career can develop. You will join a close-knit team of experienced operators, Team Leaders and Engineers who work together to keep production running efficiently and safely.
