Job summary

Marshalls plc in Falkirk is recruiting an Operations Team Member to support the manufacturing of high quality concrete products. You will work a 42-hour week on a rota, including night shifts every third week, with 12-hour shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of working in a Manufacturing Production Plant.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Good level of English, oral and written.
• Forward thinking and continually looking at improving processes and reducing waste.
• Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high quality concrete products using all operational techniques.
• Manual handling, including use of powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment.
• Work in an environment where safety, quality, waste and OEE targets are the norm.

We're now looking for a Operations Team Member to join our Manufacturing team at our Falkirk Site.

Reporting into our Operations Team Leader; You will carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high quality concrete products, using all operational techniques. The position requires manual handling this includes the use of powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment. You’ll be used to working in an environment where safety, quality, waste and OEE targets are a norm!
