• Own daily output across Tenant Find / Property Management / Payments
• Hit and beat key metrics daily and weekly
• Run the daily operating rhythm and unblock teammates in real time
• Lead and develop a team of 2–6, growing to 6–12, with coaching and performance reviews
• Maintain quality and customer experience, ensure compliance and standards
• Drive process changes and adoption of new technology and AI-enabled workflows
