2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for our Willand site. You will lead the Quality team and ensure technical excellence across high-volume operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive NPD and compliance.

You will oversee a busy QA function, lead investigations, and maintain high standards across multiple retailers, ensuring robust processes and rapid decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technical teams in food manufacturing.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large quality teams across a busy site.

Aufgaben

• Managing ongoing NPD projects from trials to launches.
• Ensuring technical and compliance readiness for new lines.
• Deciding on out-of-spec stock, including rejection/disposition.
• Leading investigations, reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Maintaining high technical standards across a multi-retailer site.
