JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee inventory and stock movements, coach staff, and maintain accurate records. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, organization, and follow-through to support continuous development for the team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, with emphasis on training operatives and capacity planning in a fast-paced environment. Training opportunities may be provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in an operations or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of stock movement and inventory processes.
• Ability to produce reports and plan capacity.
