Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for an Operations Team Lead at the Craigavon site. You will lead a production team across an evening shift (16:00–00:00), working to meet safety, quality and efficiency KPIs while driving continuous improvement in a busy food manufacturing environment.

Essential experience includes people management or supervisory roles, strong communication, and proficiency with KPIs and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven people management or supervisory experience in production.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, quality standards and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage your production team to deliver results safely and efficiently.
• Own and drive key performance metrics: safety, quality, production efficiency and customer service.
• Proactively manage and improve food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Carry out investigations, audits and performance reviews to ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with Technical, Engineering, HR and Planning departments.
• Promote a positive, inclusive working environment and continuous development.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Lean principles across your team.
