Job summary

Coventry Citizens Advice seeks a Team Leader to drive day-to-day operational leadership for the CORE Project Coventry, ensuring referrals move through the service promptly and residents receive timely, person-centred help.

The post holder will manage workflow, caseloads, performance and case-recording standards, working closely with the Referral and Performance Administrator, Project Manager and Advisors. This is a permanent part-time role based in Coventry with remote working as required.
