Responsibilities

• Define test scenarios in JIRA to enable efficient UAT of change requests and future implementations such as FOC.
• Execute test scenarios in JIRA to enable efficient UAT of change requests and future implementations such as FOC.
• Provide training materials and work instructions to support Dispatcher and WCS training.
• Deliver on-site operational support during go-lives and implement change requests.
