Job Description:

Role: Operational Systems Support (OSS) Engineer

Duration: 3 months, starting immediately

Locations: Warwick / Wokingham / Corsham / Farnborough

Mode: Hybrid – predominantly remote with occasional travel to customer sites

Candidate requirements: Immediate starters only; SC cleared or SC eligible

Responsibilities:

• Support OSS applications, manage fault tickets, and handle administrative duties; escalate to 4th line support when necessary.
• Resolve fault tickets and perform application administration on the OSS estate; develop standard fixes with other IT teams to reduce ticket volume.
• Proactively improve service reliability and quality; update documentation to meet standards.
• Collaborate with development teams on system improvements; manage licensing, security, patching, and capacity.
• Handle customer projects (MACDs).
• Onboard devices onto StableNet SNMP, configure monitoring, set datapoints and alerts, create reports, and support fault management.
