Wonderfield Group is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager for the North, based at our Head Office. You will work with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams to uphold operational standards and drive initiatives.

You will analyse performance data, identify opportunities and coordinate regional projects while providing hands-on support and clear communication across multi-site operations. A UK driving licence and travel across the South are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service or multi-site environment.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive operations professional who can provide effective support across our northen estate. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational standards are maintained and business priorities are delivered.

You will have experience within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service or multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes and customer service. You will be comfortable analysing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and supporting teams to implement practical solutions.

You will be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and internal stakeholders. You will also be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and providing hands-on support when required. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South are essential.
