Medivet is seeking a proactive Ops Support Manager to join our field-based team. You will visit clinics regularly across Lincolnshire and Norfolk, acting as the primary contact for Partners and Lead Vets while supporting recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and H&S compliance.
You’ll help ensure clinics run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with practice teams. You will also coordinate rotas, payroll tasks, inventory, and financial controls, escalating risks as needed to keep networks
Are you... Diligent, curious, hard‑working, and a natural problem solver?
We are looking for talented individuals from a clinical sector who bring the right skills, mindset and behaviours to make a real difference. This role plays a vital part in supporting and enabling our veterinary practices to deliver outstanding care and service to their clients and pets every single day.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role (Lincolnshire / Norfolk regions) where you will visit your clinics regularly, building strong relationships with practice teams while supporting Branch Partners and Lead Vets with the operational and administrative aspects of running their practices. You will help ensure clinics run smoothly by providing support across areas such as scheduling, recruitment, communication, health and safety, facilities and maintenance, and general operational coordination.
As the first point of contact for operational and administrative queries, you will play a key role in freeing up clinical teams to focus on what they do best - delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
Some of our clinics provide essential weekend services, and as part of a supportive Ops Support Manager team, you will contribute to a shared weekend rota (approximately 1 in 10 weekends, including Bank Holidays) to ensure the network is always supported.
You’ll be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation that invests in its people and believes in continuous improvement and shared success. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your network, the backing of a strong central team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on colleagues, clients and pets across the UK.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose and help shape the future of veterinary care, we’d love to hear from you. MDVT
