Job summary

JCO Healthcare is recruiting an Operations Support Manager to oversee services across Scotland. This role supports Home Managers, drives compliance and quality, and helps deliver a high standard of care across multiple sites.

You will lead operational performance, occupancy, and team engagement with hands-on leadership across a portfolio of services. The ideal candidate has care home management or operational leadership experience, a nurse qualification, and a proven track record of service

Qualifications

Experience in care home management or operational leadership.
Nurse qualification.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Proven track record of service improvement.
Able to travel across Scotland as required.

Responsibilities

Support Home Managers to deliver outstanding care and compliance.
