Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for an Operations Support Agent to work with a leading logistics company in London. The role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working with data, emails, and internal systems in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with a fixed schedule and a pay rate of 14.02 GBP hourly. You will manage daily operational tasks, assist with customer enquiries, shipment investigations, data entry and coordination with drivers to hit tight

Qualifications

• Must be able to support day-to-day operation including customer enquiries, shipment investigations, failed delivery/collection management, data entry and driver communications.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Well-organised, punctual and able to work both independently and in a team.
