Job summary

You will organise staff, vehicles and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations and conduct site inspections to maintain high standards.

The role requires monitoring performance, enforcing health and safety procedures, and providing on-site guidance to staff while handling customer inquiries and coordinating with managers

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline operational teams.
• Experience in waste management or public realm services is preferred.
• Ability to organise staff, vehicles, machinery and equipment and to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise frontline operational teams delivering waste, street scene, parks and open spaces services.
• Organise staff, vehicles and equipment to ensure efficient, safe service delivery.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor service performance for safety and standards.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to staff and respond to service issues and enquiries.
