Job summary

Ubico is recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to lead the Streets and Grounds Maintenance team in South Cerney, near Cirencester. You will oversee street cleansing and grounds maintenance, ensure safety, and drive performance across multiple frontline teams.

You will report to the Operations Manager and help deliver high-quality environmental services across Gloucestershire. The role suits an energetic supervisor with a background in environmental services and strong people management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an environmental services organisation.
• Experience managing multiple frontline operational teams.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, including waste management and COSHH.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise street cleansing and grounds maintenance operations.
• Lead frontline operatives and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other teams.
