Job summary

Evri Group is seeking an Operations Process Supervisor to lead a designated zone, manage Warehouse Operatives and deliver safe, efficient and high-performing results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Process Manager to drive productivity, quality and service levels, while coaching the team, monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This fixed-term contract runs through December 2026 at Barnsley Hub.

Qualifications

• Experienced warehouse, distribution and logistics supervisor.
• Strong track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in using KPIs and performance data to drive operational improvements, maintain high standards of safety, quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives, creating a positive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of your designated zone, ensuring throughput, productivity and quality targets are achieved.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and budgeted targets, taking action where required.
• Support the Process Manager in driving sortation quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure reporting, documentation and operational records are completed accurately and on time.
