• Lead and optimise inbound, outbound, manual and international operations to consistently deliver service and performance targets.
• Manage resources, shift performance, costs, compliance, health & safety and customer service standards.
• Use data and insights to drive performance, solve problems and implement continuous improvements.
• Produce performance reports, identify root causes and deliver effective action plans.
• Coach, develop and engage teams through regular communication and performance management.
• Ensure operational excellence through strong planning, peak preparation and adherence to SOPs, SLAs and KPIs.
