You will conduct site Health & Safety audits, manage equipment and vehicles, and work with depot staff to optimise productivity. A full UK driving licence is required.

Location: Rainham Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £36k doe
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Rainham. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and safe operations of our field-based engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and coordination of engineering activities, performing site Health & Safety audits, ensuring the team is properly equipped, and maintaining a professional and safe working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drainage experience or a supervisory background, who is looking to develop their career further. The role will involve both field and office-based tasks, ensuring that operations run smoothly, while also being part of the operational team when needed.
Previous experience in drainage or utilities is preferred, but not essential. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of field-based engineers. A full UK driving licence is required. Ability to schedule and prioritise tasks effectively to optimise workflow and asset usage.
