Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Strategy Analytics Manager or Senior Manager – Operations to partner with the COO and CRO. You will lead a small team while personally delivering high‑priority analyses in SQL and Python to influence strategic decisions.

You will own Operations MI, define KPIs, drive workflow improvements and quantify impact using robust measurement and dashboards in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Experience using APIs and analytics tooling to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations MI, KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
• Lead a small analytics team and deliver high-priority analyses in SQL/Python.
• Define hypotheses, baselines and success metrics for initiatives.
• Collaborate with CRO, Operations, and Product to drive recommendations.
• Translate data into decisions that improve customer outcomes.
