Lendable is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the analytical foundation for our US Loans team. You’ll collaborate with analysts, product, backend engineers and business stakeholders to structure, transform and consume data across the company.

The role emphasizes ownership of data models, scalable transformations and high data quality, enabling faster insights while maintaining maintainability. Hybrid work and state-of-the-art analytics stack are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for analytical data tasks.
• Experience building and maintaining ELT pipelines at scale using dbt.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence across teams.
• Strong data modelling skills for reliable, usable datasets.
• Good judgement balancing long-term platform improvements with business needs.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the data models that support lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis and investor reporting.
• Drive development of dbt models and transformation layer with analysts and stakeholders.
• Define modelling patterns, architecture and standards across analytics engineering.
• Support analysts at varying technical levels and promote stronger engineering habits.
• Act as a bridge between analysts, backend engineers, product teams and data platform team.
