• 2+ years in financial services or similar.
• Complete CII Certificate in Financial Services within 6 months.
• Interest in personal finance and fintech.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Balance professionalism with a sense of fun.
• Quick learner with initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 2:1 degree or demonstrable relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Owning operational processes; delivering excellent service and continually improving.
• Seeing around corners – anticipating customer and business needs or risks.
• Untangle complex operational problems and provide practical solutions.
• Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Onboarding new clients & relationship management.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for questions relating to operational processes.
• Future potential for team leadership.
• Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements.
