Job summary

Recruitment Solutions is seeking a senior operations leader to drive nationwide project delivery, profitability and client satisfaction. You will lead multiple teams, plan and direct delivery, and report to the Managing Director with strategic influence on growth and performance.

Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or project-based environments, managing people, processes, profitability and customer delivery across a growing national business.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cross-departmental teams - line management to 4x team leaders
• Ensuring projects are delivered within deadlines, quality standards, compliantly and at cost objectives
• Managing commercial performance including profitability, cost management and cashflow
• Building, mentoring and managing high-performing operational and Project Management teams
• Identifying risks and opportunities, including snagging issues or bottlenecks, driving process improvements
• Supporting teams with technical construction challenges and complex project delivery issues
• Ensuring customers receive regular project updates and key accounts receive exceptional service
• Working with Finance to oversee forecasts, margins, and expenditure KPIs

• Supporting teams with technical construction challenges and complex project delivery issues
• Ensuring customers receive regular project updates and key accounts receive exceptional service
• Working alongside Finance team for overseeing forecasts, margins, expenditure spend and other KPIs
