RAC is seeking a Group Operations Resourcing Change Manager to lead the delivery of their Resourcing Change Plan. This hybrid role requires strong planning, communication, and presentation skills, along with experience in managing change initiatives and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will drive improvements in employee engagement and customer experience while ensuring strategic change is effectively implemented.
About The Role
RAC have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Operations Resourcing Change Manager.
In this role, you’ll lead the successful delivery of our Forecasting & Planning Resourcing Change Plan, ensuring year-on-year improvements across cost-to-serve, employee engagement, and customer experience.
Working alongside the Director of Forecasting & Planning and teams across the business, you’ll be at the forefront of driving real change in the planning and resource scheduling space.
You’ll bring big ideas to life, making sure every change is smooth, strategic, and fully supported. From shaping plans, to rolling out training and ensuring compliance, you’ll make change happen the right way. You’ll partner with senior managers, represent us at key decision-making forums and confidently deliver change initiatives. It’s a great opportunity to really make an impact and help shape the future of our operations, leading resourcing change strategies.
This role will be a hybrid role, where you will spend two days in our Bescot or Salford offices, and three days at home.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of Resourcing & Scheduling environments, gained either through direct or operational leadership or change leadership. Strong planning, communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
