Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Schedule & Delivery Technician at the Raynesway site, to coordinate schedules, redistribute in-day work as priorities shift, and support field and contact centre operations to keep essential waste services on track.

Working 37 hours per week on a rolling rota covering 7am to 10pm, with shift options 7:00-15:30 or 14:00-22:00, you will monitor workloads against KPIs, liaise with managers, operatives and customers, and help deliver proactive service and
