Job description

About us

Hi there We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

The Role

We’re looking for a curious, proactive and ambitious Operations Executive to join our rotational programme, designed to develop the next generation of operations talent and explore the Wild side of operations.

Rather than specialising in one function from day one, you’ll spend six months working within each of our three core Operations teams: Planning, Warehousing & Logistics, and Customer Experience. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full operational lifecycle, learning how each function works individually and how they come together to deliver for our customers and the wider business.

You will take ownership of real projects and day‑to‑day responsibilities within each rotation, working alongside experienced team members to understand our processes, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve how we operate. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of the commercial and operational trade‑offs involved in running a fast‑growing consumer business.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a holistic understanding of our Operations function, a broad network across the business and the skills to take on greater responsibility. The programme is intended to provide a strong foundation for a future career in Operations, with the opportunity to progress into a more specialised role based on your strengths, interests and business needs.

Please note, this is an entry-level role.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will evolve with each rotation, but will include:

1. Demand Planning

Learn how we forecast customer demand and translate sales trends, commercial plans and market opportunities into an accurate view of future requirements.

  • Support demand forecasting activities, analysing historical sales, trends, seasonality and promotional plans.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, investigating variances between forecast and actual performance.
  • Work with Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams to understand upcoming launches, promotions and channel growth.
  • Help identify changes in demand and assess their potential impact on inventory availability.
  • Build reports and dashboards to improve forecast visibility and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Contribute to improvements in forecasting processes, reporting and planning tools.
2. Supply Planning

Learn how we translate demand forecasts into supply plans, ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, while balancing service levels, inventory investment and cost.

  • Support supply planning and replenishment activities, helping translate demand forecasts into purchasing and production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover, safety stock and stock availability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Help manage purchase orders and track supplier delivery commitments against required dates.
  • Identify potential stock‑outs, excess inventory and supply constraints, working with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring, including delivery reliability and lead‑time adherence.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Demand Planning, suppliers, Warehousing & Logistics and Commercial teams to align supply with business needs.
  • Analyse inventory performance and recommend opportunities to improve availability, reduce excess stock and optimise working capital.
3. Warehousing & Logistics

Understand how products move through our supply chain, from inbound deliveries to fulfilment and final‑mile delivery.

  • Support the day‑to‑day performance management of our third‑party logistics and warehouse partners.
  • Monitor key metrics such as fulfilment performance, on‑time delivery, order accuracy and logistics costs.
  • Help investigate operational issues, including delayed orders, inventory discrepancies and carrier performance.
  • Support inbound planning, stock movements, retailer requirements and peak trading preparation.
  • Work with warehouse and carrier partners to resolve issues and improve service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
4. Customer Experience

Understand how operational performance translates into the customer experience, and how customer feedback can drive business improvements.

  • Support the management and resolution of customer queries, working with the wider CX team to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
  • Analyse customer contacts, complaints and feedback to identify recurring issues and their underlying causes.
  • Work with Operations and other teams to address root causes rather than simply resolving individual cases.
  • Monitor customer experience metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve service.
  • Support improvements to customer support processes, knowledge resources and workflows.
  • Explore opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.
5. Continuous improvement & cross‑functional projects

Throughout the programme, you’ll have opportunities to work across teams, build your problem‑solving skills and contribute to improving how we operate.

  • Support projects that improve operational processes, efficiency and customer experience.
  • Use data to monitor performance, identify trends and help investigate the root causes of operational issues.
  • Help document processes and maintain clear, consistent ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and make better use of systems and automation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Operations and the wider business, sharing learnings and best practices.
  • Contribute to project updates, sharing progress, findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
What we’re looking for

You are:

  • Analytical: Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns and using evidence to make decisions.
  • Curious: Keen to understand how things work, ask thoughtful questions and learn about different parts of a business.
  • Proactive: Someone who takes initiative, follows through on commitments and looks for ways to make things better.
  • Organised: Able to manage competing priorities, pay attention to detail and keep work moving forward.
  • Collaborative: Enjoy working with different people and teams, communicating clearly and building strong relationships.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable moving between different functions, learning new systems and responding to changing priorities.
  • Solutions‑oriented: Willing to get into the detail, investigate problems and take ownership of finding practical solutions.
  • Improvement‑minded: Interested in making processes more efficient, scalable and effective, including through technology and automation.
Experience and skills
  • Some experience in an analytical, operational, project‑based or customer‑facing role, whether through a graduate scheme, internship, placement or early‑career position.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • An interest in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, customer experience or business process improvement.
  • An eagerness to learn new tools and systems and use technology to solve problems.
  • Experience with data visualisation, ERP systems, inventory management or automation tools would be beneficial, but is not essential.
What you’ll get from us:
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave
  • 4% Company Pension
  • Mental well‑being support through Spill
  • Private healthcare through Vitality
  • Weekly early finishes and social events
  • Annual L&D budget
  • Free breakfast
  • Free & discounted Wild products
  • 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
  • Access to cycle to work & cycle saver scheme
